What does "Ads Diagnosis Module" solve?

This module simplifies your ad management by:

  1. Providing targeted diagnosis only when your ads have delivery issues or opportunities for improvement.
  2. Introducing specialized diagnosis for bidding, budget (including your balance), Ad Continuance, and competitiveness.
  3. Enhancing the display within your Ads List and Ads Detail pages for clearer understanding.
  4. Tracking each diagnosis result and suggestion to help you monitor your progress.

How to access the "Ads Diagnosis Module"?

You will be able to view diagnosis results from Ads List & Ads Detail Page:

Ads List:

The diagnosis in your Ads List is broken down into three easy-to-understand parts: Health Status, Issue Summary, and Suggestions.

1. Health Status will be demonstrated with color-coded Indicators:

Poor (Red): Indicates critical issues that need your immediate attention to get your ads back on track. For example:

  1. "Out of Balance": Your ads are paused because your account or campaign balance is at $0.
  2. "No orders": Your ad has been running for days with no sales.

Fair (Yellow): Highlights areas where you can improve or take preventive steps to boost performance, while your ads continue to run. For example:

  1. "Low Balance": Your balance is low, but not yet $0; it will be recommended to top up soon to avoid interruptions.
  2. "Get more traffic": Consider increasing your budget to reach even more shoppers.
  3. "Failed to pass the learning phase": Adjust your ad settings to help new ads gain momentum and traffic.

Good (Green): Means there are no urgent issues, and your ads are performing well.

2. Issue Summary: Below Health Status, you will be able to see a more detailed description of the problem with highest priorities, so you know exactly what to focus on first

3. Suggestions: An action suggested will be provided at the bottom of each diagnosis for you to fix the ad with one click.

If the suggestion is "Top Up Now," the link will take you directly to the Top-up page.

For other suggestions, the link will guide you to the relevant Ads Detail Page.

If the Ad has no outstanding issues, the button will take you to the Ads detail page to review the specifications.

Ads Detail Page:

The Ads Detail Page provides comprehensive information through specific Diagnosis Modules and clear Actionable Suggestions.

  1. Detailed Insight in 4 Modules: Includes insights related to your Bidding, Budget & Balance, Ad Continuance, and Competitiveness.
  2. Actionable Suggestions: Get clear steps to resolve issues, such as "Top Up Now," "Increase Budget," and "Optimize ROAS."

  1. Recommendation Card: Daily Diagnosis Report (Coming Soon in Phase 2) This upcoming feature will offer a consolidated view of diagnosed problems across all your campaigns and will allow for bulk actions to apply recommendations directly from the report.

FAQ

1. How are diagnosed issues triggered?

Our system analyzes your ad performance daily using key metrics like budget, traffic, conversions, and your balance.

2. Which ads won't trigger a diagnosis?

Ads with no active days in the last 14 days (e.g., paused or deleted ads), and manual bidding campaigns and auto-boost product ads will not trigger a diagnosis.

3. How are red light and yellow light issues different?

Red lights: Are triggered when your ads are currently interrupted or are very likely to be interrupted soon, requiring immediate action to resume delivery.

Yellow lights: Are triggered for suboptimal performance or as preventive measures. Your ads will continue running, but we suggest proactive optimizations to improve performance.
