What is Ads First Order Guarantee?

1. When you create eligible ads through the program task page, your campaigns can be covered by a First Order Guarantee during the protection period displayed in your task.
2. If all eligible campaigns under the guarantee do not generate any broad orders during the protection period, you may receive a 1:1 Free Ads Credit rebate for eligible ad spend.

What Shop GMV Max benefits are available?

1. You may receive an additional General Type Free Ads Credit sales back bonus when you complete an eligible Shop GMV Max setup through Ads First Order Guarantee.
2. The applicable reward rate will be displayed on the task page before you create your Shop GMV Max campaign. The reward is automatically credited after an eligible setup is completed.
3. The reward validity details will be displayed after the credit is issued. The reward can be used for eligible Shopee Ads campaigns, subject to the applicable Free Ads Credit terms.
4. This Shop GMV Max reward is separate from the first order guarantee rebate. Receiving the Shop GMV Max reward does not automatically mean that you qualify for the rebate.

How can I join Ads First Order Guarantee?

1. Ads First Order Guarantee is available to selected eligible sellers. If you are eligible, you will see the task in Shopee Ads or other program entry points.
2. To join the program:
3. Open the Ads First Order Guarantee task.
4. Review the program rules and protection period.
5. Create ads from the task page.
6. Keep your eligible campaigns running during the protection period.
7. The campaign types available to you will be shown in the task flow. This may include Shop GMV Max, Individual Ads, and Ad Group campaigns, etc.

How are Shop GMV Max campaigns counted?

1. During the 7-day protection period, creating an eligible Shop GMV Max campaign may entitle you to an additional Free Ads Credit reward.
2. For first order guarantee protection:
3. If your Shop GMV Max campaign is already ongoing when the task starts, its protection period begins when the task starts.
4. If you start a Shop GMV Max campaign after the protection period has started, it is covered only for the remaining days of the 7-day protection period.
5. If a Shop GMV Max campaign ends during the task period, it will not be included in the first order guarantee rebate review.

When does First Order Guarantee apply?

1. After the protection period ends, the First Order Guarantee will take effect with a 1:1 Free Ads Credit rebate if all following requirements are met:
2. The total broad order count across all eligible campaigns is zero during the protection period.
3. Your eligible net ad spend meets the applicable minimum program requirement.
4. Eligible campaigns meet the required active-status condition during the protection period.
5. Your Target ROAS does not exceed the maximum value allowed by the program.
6. Free Ads Credit used for ad spending is not included in eligible net ad spend.

How can I check my task and rewards?

1. In Ads Rewards Center page, you can:

3. View campaigns under guarantee.
4. Review applicable program rules.
5. In Ads Wallet, you can check your Free Ads Credit transaction history. Transaction records may show whether the credit was issued as a Shop GMV Max reward or an Ads First Order Guarantee rebate.

1. Which campaigns are covered by the first order guarantee?

1. Campaigns created through the Ads First Order Guarantee task page may be covered by the guarantee for 7 calendar days, starting when you create your first eligible ad through the task page.

2. What happens if I pause, stop, or change a campaign?

1. A campaign may be excluded from the guarantee if it is paused, stopped, deleted, or does not remain active as required during the protection period. But each campaign is assessed separately for eligibility and will not affect the eligibility of other campaigns.
2. You can adjust campaign settings, such as budget and Target ROAS, during the protection period. For Target ROAS campaigns, the Target ROAS must not exceed the maximum value shown in the campaign creation flow.
