Enjoy exclusive discounts when you purchase the Shopee Ads Credit Top Up Packages. All top up packages have different validity periods, and the ads credit must be fully utilised before the expiration date.
Example: You can top up RM5,300 worth of ads credit by paying only RM4,505 for the Ads Credit Top Up Package. The expiration date of the ads credit is stated in the package description.

Important Notes:
How to utilise your Shopee Ads Credit with an expiration date?
When you advertise on Shopee, you are not required to manually select and utilise the ads credit with an expiration date. To make it easy for you, Shopee Ads system will automatically deduct the ads credit in the following order:
i. Ads credit that has an expiration date (from earliest to latest).
ii. Ads credit bonus that has no expiration date.
iii. Ads credit that has no expiration date.
How to check your ads credit expiration date?
Seller Center > Marketing Centre > Shopee Ads > Transaction Details > Set the desired time period > Top Up > Check the expiration date on the purchase of Ads Credit
Go to the “Me” tab in your homepage > My Shop > Shopee Ads > Transactions > Set the desired time period
Is there a deadline to complete payment for ads credit top up?
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the purchase. Any payment after 24 hours will lead to an unsuccessful purchase of the top up package.
