How to Use Ads

The GMV Max Product Selector tool is a new feature that helps advertisers choose the best products for their GMV Max Ads, helping them to improve their sales performance. These recommended items are selected based on their conversion potential against similar products on Shopee.

How to Use

1. Proceed to Create New Ads on Seller Center, and select Promote My Products.

1. Within the Ad Creation page, proceed to manually select your Products. Do note that to create a GMV Max Ad, Placement selection should be “All”. Click on the [+] icon to select your Product.

1. After clicking on the [+] icon, the Product Selector tool will appear with a tab named “GMV Max”. Advertisers may click on the GMV Max tab and the list of recommended Products will be displayed accordingly.

1. All items that are recommended for a GMV Max Ad setup will carry a GMV Max label. To select a Product, click on the checkbox on the left of each Product line-item. Once ready, click on the “Confirm” button at the bottom right corner to proceed with the Ad creation. *Please note that you may only select 1 Product for each GMV Max Ad. If multiple products are selected, the campaign setup mode will automatically be updated to system-optimized bidding.

1. Ensure that the “Enable Target ROAS with GMV Max” checkbox is selected to proceed with the GMV Max Ad creation.
2. Proceed to select our preferred ROAS target based on Shopee's suggestion, or create a custom ROAS goal for your Ad.

1. Click on “Publish” to launch the Ad!
