Introducing Promote My New Product

Getting your initial orders fast is key to growing a new product. That's why we've introduced Promote My New Product — a smarter upgrade of NPB 2.0 — to help new listings gain traffic, win early sales, and accelerate growth in two simple stages.

1. What is "Promote My New Product"?

Promote My New Product is a new ad feature designed exclusively for items listed within the first 30 days of creation. It follows a two‑stage growth journey:

  1. Stage 1: Sales Breakthrough – Get your initial orders quickly with boosted traffic support.
  2. Stage 2: Sales Acceleration – After reaching your initial order targets, scale and optimise towards your ROAS goals either via GMV Max Auto Bidding or GMV Max Custom ROAS bidding methods.

By separating the growth into two phases, the system ensures your new product receive the right support at the right time to maximise sales potential.

2. Why should I create New Product Ads under "Promote My New Product" instead of "Promote My Product"?

Previously, NPB2.0 new product ads boosting was only available on GMV Max Auto Bidding under "Promote My New Product".

With the new Promote My New Product entry point, you not only enjoy existing benefits of GMV Max but receive additional:

  1. Stronger traffic boost for new items – the system recognises and prioritises your newly listed product.
  2. Stage‑based growth support – Stage 1 helps you get first orders faster, while Stage 2 continues boosting and adds optimisation towards ROAS goals.
  3. Improved visibility & tracking – Easily track if your product ad is in Stage 1 or Stage 2 via your Ad List or Ad Detail pages.

⚠️ You can still create new product ads under Promote My Product, but boosting will not be as strong. We recommend always using Promote My New Product for items within their first 30 days.

3. "Promote My New Product" boosting and eligibility criteria

Here's a simple breakdown of how traffic boosting works under Promote My New Product:

🔎 Note: Order requirements to enter Stage 2 may differ by category:

  1. Home & Living, Beauty, Fashion: At least 3 orders.
  2. Other categories: At least 1 order.
