Shopee Ads Startup Booster is a 90 days programme where you will receive free Shopee Ads Credits every week throughout the Programme & enjoy automated tools that help keep your ads running and your shop growing. 

What will happen when you opt in for the Programme: 

1. Auto Top-up (Escrow)

 Your Auto Top-up (Escrow) rate will be automatically set at 2% . This means 2% of your net sales will be converted into Shopee Ads Credits so you'll always have credits to keep your ads running.

How to join the Programme?

If you're selected, you'll receive a Seller Centre pop-up notification. Just click "Yes" to opt in and you'll be enrolled into the programme.

Note: Your opt-in request will be processed on the following Monday. The processing date will be considered the first day of your enrolment in the Programme. 

When will you receive your Free Ads Credits?

You will receive your Free Ads Credits every Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday, following the first day of your enrolment in the Programme.

How long is this Programme?

The commitment period for this Programme is 90 days. After you have signed up and during the Programme period, you will not be able to opt-out of the programme.

Ads Startup Booster - Terms & Conditions

1. The Ads Startup Booster("Programme") is an optional programme designed to encourage adoption of Auto Top-up Escrow feature by Shopee sellers (“Participant”). By opting-in for the Programme, the Participant agrees to allow Shopee to enable the Auto Top-up Escrow feature ("Escrow") on behalf of the Participants and set the Auto Top-up Escrow fee rate at 2% for a fixed period of ninety (90) days ("Commitment Period"). During the Commitment Period, the Participant will receive a weekly bonus injection of free Shopee Ads Credits ("Bonus Credits"), subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Participant agrees and acknowledges that they will adhere to the full Commitment Period and that they may not opt-out of the Programme during the Commitment Period. Shopee nonetheless retains the right to determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, the continued or cessation of participation of any Participant in the Programme. 
3. The Participant will receive Bonus Credits equivalent to 50% of the amount topped up to your Shopee Ads Wallet via Escrow for the previous week, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
4. The Bonus Credits are 1:1 free ads credits and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Any unused Bonus Credits will expire automatically upon the expiry of the validity period.
5. Participant may enrol into the Programme by selecting “Yes” on the pop-up notification in the Seller Centre. By selecting "Yes", the participant is deemed to have consented to participate in the Programme subject to the terms and conditions herein and for the stated Commitment Period. Opt-in requests will be processed every Monday of a calendar week, or on the next business day if the Monday is a public holiday in any calendar week, and shall be deemed as the first day of the Commitment Period (“Commencement Date”) .
6. Bonus Credits will be credited on the Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday) following the Commencement Date, and thereafter on every Monday throughout the Commitment Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
7. As part of the Programme, the Participant agrees that Shopee will :
8. convert 2% of the Order Total value (after applying shipping fee, discounts and vouchers, etc.) (excluding SST) from all successful orders placed by buyers for the purpose of topping up the participant’s Shopee Ads wallet via Escrow (“Conversion”) 
9. continue to perform the Conversion until the Programme ends; and
10. create one (1) Shop GMV Max ad group campaign (“GMS”) with default settings (Unlimited Budget & No end date) for the Participant who does not have GMS active a (1) day before the Commencement Date.
11. enable Auto Budget Increase (“ABI”) with default settings (Increment: 20%, Max cap: 3, Applicable for Product Ads, Live Ads, Shop Ads) for the Participant who does not have ABI active a (1) day before the Commencement Date.
12. enable Campaign Surge Optimization (“CSO”) for the Participant who does not have CSO active a (1) day before the Commencement Date. 
13. Shopee will not be responsible for the outcome or performance of Participant’s existing ads, which may continue to be deducted from the sellers'ads balance if they remain active. 
14. The Participant acknowledges that they are free to create as many ads at any time and can remove any ads at their discretion.
15. The Bonus Credits are solely for use within the Shopee Ads platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cash.
16. Upon completion of the Commitment Period:
17. the Escrow fee rate will remain at 2%, unless adjusted by the Participant;
18. any GMS, ABI and CSO settings enabled under the Programme will remain active until amended or disabled by the Participant; and
19. no further Bonus Credits will be issued unless otherwise specified by Shopee.
20. Shopee, in its sole discretion, may modify, restrict, or terminate this Programme for any and all shops at any time and without notice. Any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these Terms & Conditions are exclusively reserved by Shopee.
21. Shopee does not warrant or guarantee any results, improvement or benefits to the Participant’s performance as a seller on the Shopee platforms and will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Programme (including but not limited to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, right of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in false light). Participants agree that their participation in this Programme is wholly voluntary and at their own risk. 

By agreeing to participate in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
