How will you be charged? 

Shopee Ads are charged based on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Model, you won’t be charged by impression, but will only be charged when potential buyers click on your ads. The cost will be deducted from your Ads Credit.

To protect sellers, Shopee's system auto-detects invalid clicks such as repeated clicks from the same user or automated clicks, in which you will not be charged.
