Program Overview

To incentivize sellers to deliver stable GMV Max Custom ROAS campaigns, the GMV Max ROAS Protection Program is presented. This is an automated ad refund program that encourages sellers to run GMV Max Custom ROAS campaigns for eligible items. If your item meets the entry criteria, ROAS protection rules and does not trigger any exit conditions, you will receive a performance-based free ads credit refund at the end of the program.

Program Period

23 June - 23 July

ROAS Protection Rules

1. ROAS Protection Conditions
2. All the following conditions are mandatory.
3. Daily broad ads order count ≥ 3
4. ROAS fulfillment Rate (Actual ROAS/ Target ROAS) < 90%
5. Eligible Free Ads Credit Amount
6. Sum of (Daily Ads Spending - Daily Ads GMV / target ROAS * 90%)
7. If a seller toggles on “Rapid Boost” during the Program Period, the eligible free ads credit amount of the item(s) under the ROAS Protection Program are as follows:
8. Sum of (Daily Ads Spending - Daily Ads GMV / target ROAS * 70%)
9. Free Ads Credit Distribution
10. All eligible free ads credit will be distributed collectively within 15 days after the program ends.

Entry Criteria

●As long as an item is promoted via GMV Max custom ROAS campaigns, it is eligible for ROAS Protection Program.

Exit Conditions

●An item will be disqualified to get free ads credit refund if any of the following exit conditions occur, until a certain period of time.

Re-entry Rules

●Below are the re-entry rules based on the exit reason, all checking is on item level.
